Our current planting campaign is underway with one hundred 1-acre plots (fifty 1-hectare plots) available for purchase by investors. All orchard plots are delivered to investors turnkey, fully planted with 2-year-old trees, a modern drip-irrigation system, well water rights, and a local access road.
Chandler Orchards fully guarantees the performance of your acreage during the first critical season, replacing any and all trees that do not perform, for whatever reason, and covering all expenses in the first year of planting until the May harvest.
In the current campaign, plots will be planted northwest of 2012 Trust, and thus surrounded by larger Chandler trees on the southern and eastern borders, improving pollination in the future.

This acreage is available for purchase until next February and will be planted in the July/August planting season next year.
The orchard is laid out in rectangular blocks of 9.998 acres (4.05 hectares), each surrounded by a local access road. These blocks are subdivided into eight “1 acre plots” or four “1 hectare plots”.
When we refer to “1 acre plots”, we are referring to standard plots that measure 1.249 acres (54,438 sq. ft.) or irregular-shaped plots that differ in size, but contain 143 walnut trees (±2 trees) planted in 5 m. x 7 m. rows (16.9 ft x 22.96 ft).
When we refer to “1 hectare plots”, we are referring to standard plots that measure 1.0115 hectares (10,115 m2) or irregular-shaped plots that may differ slightly in size, but contain 285 walnut trees (±4 trees) planted in 5 m. x 7 m. rows.
