Projected Capital Appreciation

It can be difficult to project an orchard’s future value due to two principal issues: (1) mature orchards are almost never put on the market and (2) sales are almost always handled privately between buyers and sellers, with the sale price rarely being published after the fact.

Nevertheless, we are able to estimate future orchard values based on asking prices requested by our own investors, completed resale transactions between our investors, and comparisons with other walnut orchards around the world where prices are readily available.
